Here's somethin' to make you go "Hmmmm"
Work this out as you read .
Be sure you don't read the bottom until you've worked it out!
1. First of all, pick the number of times a week that you would like to go out to eat. (more than once but less than 10)
2. Multiply this number by 2 (just to be bold)
3. Add 5
4. Multiply it by 50
5. If you have already had your birthday this year add 1758... If you haven't, add 1757.
6. Now subtract the four digit year that you were born. You should have a three digit number The first digit of this was your original number. ( i. e., How many times you want to go out to restaurants in a week.)
The next two numbers are YOUR AGE ! ------ (Oh YES, it is!) THIS IS THE ONLY YEAR (2008) IT WILL EVER WORK, SO SPREAD IT AROUND WHILE IT LASTS

Coloring Easter eggs is a family tradition at my house!
Here we are at our house Friday night coloring the Easter eggs for Sunday. One year when my husband was younger, he took a raw egg, colored it black, and put it in the Easter egg pile. When my mother-in-law saw it, she cracked it open and thought she hadn't cook all the other long enough to harden, so she threw them all out and started over!!!! Imagine how much trouble my husband Jeff was in when she found out it was a joke. We tell that story every year when we color our Easter eggs. By the way, he's STILL Mommy' s favorite!

Get on the "do not call" list for your cell phone! Fact or rumor?
Here's the email I got from my friend Susan...
REMINDER....all cell phone numbers are being released to telemarketing companies tomorrow (3/11) and you will start to receive sale calls.....YOU WILL BE CHARGED FOR THESE CALLS. To prevent this, call the following number from your cell phone:888-382-1222. It is the National DO NOT CALL list. It will only take a minute of your time. It blocks your number for five (5) years. You must call from the cell phone number you want to have blocked. You cannot call from a different phone number.. Remember to call from your cell phone
HELP OTHERS BY PASSING THIS ON TO ALL YOUR FRIENDS. It take about 20 seconds.

After airing this, I got this email from Tim saying the email is a fake. You decide. http://www.snopes.com/politics/business/cell411.asp
I did it just in case. I also got an email from Jackie wondering if anything could block text solicitors. I've noticed I've gotton quite a few of these lately! Let us know if you know anything!
So is this just an eRumor??????? This sounds like a job for Infoman, Jim McIntyre!
Here's an email from Bill Dunagan at Neff and Associates in Parma Hts...
The U.S. government has established a "do not call" registry where you can list phone numbers you want blocked from unsolicited calls such as from telemarketers. That registry is for both wired and mobile phones and there is no deadline by which a phone number needs to be listed in order to be protected from telemarketing calls. There is not a separate cell phone registry. The registry is at: www.donotcall.gov. At this writing there is discussion among mobile providers about setting up a mobile phone directory listing mobile phone numbers. According to the Cellular Telephone and Internet Association (CTIA), a cell phone directory is proposed that would be available through calling directory assistance only, not published in writing or on the Internet. So far, there is not a set date when that will be done and the CTIA says the numbers are not going to be "handed over" to telemarketers. Users would have the option of not having their numbers listed in the directory. Some telemarketers call some phone numbers regardless of whether they are listed in directories because they use devices that dial numbers in sequence looking for working numbers although at present, they are prohibited by law from including cell numbers. The version that claims that the cell companies are being required by law to release the names by June 1, 2006, is also a hoax.
