recently had the pleasure of meeting Stefanie Paganini. She is the daughter of the famous Loretta Paganini from the Loretta Paganini School of Cooking on Mayfield Rd. in Chesterland. We had a lot in common in this brief meeting, including our love for animals. She has two cats and recently adopted a Greyhound from the rescue organization here in Northeast Ohio. This inspired her to teach a cooking class on gourmet treats for dogs. Zoe the dog sure got lucky when she found her momma! Here's the details on the class!
